When making a request to technical support, please tell us:

The nature of the problem or any error messages you encountered

Your system specs (OS, memory, hard drive space, sound card, video card, etc)

There is an ID number printed on the lower left hand corner of each game package or on the CD-ROM. Please let us know that number whenever seeking technical help, to avoid delays.

General Self-Help

Before contacting us for any technical support, there may be some minor issues that can be quickly solved on your own which can save a lot of time. First, please refer to your manual as they may provide you with some troubleshooting help. In addition, please ensure that your computer system is up-to-date by doing the following:

Applying all service packs and updates for your operating system through Windows Update
Install the latest drivers for your video and sound card
Install the latest version of DirectX available

You may also want to try the following things:

Free up as much system resources as possible. This includes disabling and closing any anti-virus software and anti-spyware and other unnecessary memory-resident programs that may be running in the background while playing the game.
Unplug your gamepads/joysticks/game controllers from their ports (if applicable)
Adjust your monitor's refresh rate under Control Panel -> Display
Please try to uninstall the game and re-install it again, and if possible try it on different computers
