Little My Maid Support Q. I have the Little My Maid demo installed previously, and I cannot install the actual game. A. Unfortunately the demo and the game cannot co-exist on the same machine. Please uninstall the demo first by going through the demo installer (simply deleting the files will NOT do). Afterwards, run the game installer on the game CD and it should be fine. Q. I keep getting an error message that reads "[filename] could not be loaded", or the game keeps on crashing A. There are known issues regarding software conflicts with the various third-party codecs. Please try uninstalling any third-party codecs and then run the game. Q. The text display is weird or doesn't function properly when I try to click on it or use text skip A. There are known issues with the game engine reading signals with game controllers. If you have a gamepad/joystick/game controller you can try unplugging it. For Windows 2000 users, you can try setting the text display delay to "Fastest". Q. When I run the game it gives me "Application Format Error" A. You will want to re-install the game using the installer on the CD (manually copying the files to your Hard Drive is not sufficient). BACK
